Set on a pretty urbanizacion the house is located about 100mts from the communal pool, in a Plaza (Square) called Plaza Mayor. Most of the neighbours are Spanish with whom we are very friendly.

As the house has three bedrooms it comfortably sleeps six but has the advantage of a sofa bed enabling another 2 people to be accommodated.

On the ground Floor there is an open plan arrangement with a nice dinning area, a lounge area with 2 sofas (1 of which is a sofa bed) TV DVD, CD player. There is a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, electric oven & gas hob. There is an out door utility at the rear with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a front Naya with furniture leading on to a small garden with outside furniture and Parasol. Enough room to seat 8.

The 1^st Floor comprises of 2 bed rooms and 1 bathroom with shower over bath. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds with bedside table and a dressing table. It has built in wardrobes with plenty of space for clothes. The second bedroom has a double bed bedside tables and a chest of drawers again with built in wardrobes. This bedroom has its own balcony with some teak relaxer chairs and a small table.

The 2^nd floor is the master bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. It has its own ensuite shower/bathroom, and the bedroom leads on to its own sun terrace/balcony with 2 sun lounger’s and small table.

The house is fully air-conditioned and heated with a Daikin multi spit heat pump system, allowing comfortable living whatever the weather.

There is a communal pool which has two water slides, islands and a baby pool area. The pool is only accesable to the residents of Parque Calablanca and has a lifegaurd in attendance during July and August. There is an administration building with drinks vending machines and table tennis tables.
